Product domains
Our only product domains are heygpt24.com and its subdomains: app., admin., api., cdn. and demo.heygpt24.com. Sign-in and billing happen only on app.heygpt24.com.
Payments
We never ask for bank transfers or card details by email, and we never send payment links in unsolicited email. Card payments are handled by Stripe inside the dashboard, after the price has been shown on heygpt24.com. Card statements show HEYGPT24.
Independent demos
Demos we build from a business's public website are labelled as created by HeyGPT24, are not installed on that website, collect no visitor leads, and expire automatically. Every demo page links to “Report an inaccuracy” and “Request removal”; a removal request pauses the demo immediately.
Website installation
Nothing is installed on a customer's website until the owner proves control of the domain, chooses a plan, and adds the script themselves. We never ask for a website administrator password.
